These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Got It Puzzles (“Service”), a product of QueryRay LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using our content, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Description

Got It Puzzles provides print-ready word search puzzle content intended for use in waiting rooms and similar settings. Content may include weekly puzzle packs, themed packs, and optional add-ons.

2) Licensing and Ownership

All puzzle content is licensed, not sold. QueryRay LLC retains all ownership rights. Your rights to use content depend on the license you purchased. Please review our License Information page for full details.

3) Permitted Use

• Print and display puzzles within your licensed physical location(s)
• Provide printed puzzles to on-site visitors/patients for personal use
• Store files internally for your own licensed use

4) Prohibited Use

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing puzzle files to other offices or third parties
• Posting puzzles publicly online (websites, social media, shared drives, etc.)
• Removing branding/notice text or claiming the content as your own
• Creating derivative products for resale without written permission

5) Payments, Renewals, and Taxes

Annual licenses are billed per year unless canceled or otherwise arranged in writing. One-time add-ons (such as Doctor’s Edition and Custom Branding) do not expire. Sales tax may be applied where required.

6) Refunds

Because digital content is delivered electronically, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

7) Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes, engagement levels, or suitability for any specific purpose. Puzzles are for entertainment and general cognitive engagement only and are not medical advice.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Got It Puzzles and QueryRay LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
